Is the Service OPD open? What are the clinic hours?
The Service Outpatient Department is open on the following dates and times (except on holidays):
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays – 8:00AM to 5:00 PM
Wednesdays – 1:00PM to 5:00 PM
Saturdays – 8:00AM to 12:00PM

I need a check-up but missed my doctor’s clinic hours. Where can I go?
You can visit our Urgent Care Clinic, which is open from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM for non-emergency cases that still require immediate attention.
The Urgent Care Clinic can provide treatment for the following conditions:
- Fever
- Cough/colds
- Animal bite
- Minor trauma (e.g., scrapes, bruises, or scratches)
- Recent vomiting
- Recent diarrhea
- Refill of maintenance medications

Can I use my HMO for a consultation at the Urgent Care Clinic?
Yes, our institution accepts most HMO providers. Your HMO coverage will be verified upon your arrival at the hospital.

I got bitten by a dog/cat? What should I do?
First Aid for Animal Bites:
✔ Wash the wound thoroughly with soap and running water for at least 15 minutes.
✔ Apply an antiseptic to reduce the risk of infection.
When to Seek Immediate Medical Attention at the Emergency Care Center:
- The bite is severe, deep, or located on the face, head, neck, or hands.
- The wound is bleeding heavily and cannot be controlled.
- There are signs of infection (redness, swelling, warmth, or pus).
- The animal was wild, unknown, or showing signs of rabies.
For urgent concerns, please visit our Emergency Care Center at De La Salle University Medical Center.

Do I need to set an appointment for an Urgent Care consultation?
No, an appointment is not necessary. Our Urgent Care Clinic is open from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM to address non-emergency cases that require immediate attention.
