Blood Bank
The DLSUMC Blood Bank is the first licensed blood bank in Cavite. Transfusable blood components (red blood cells, platelets, and plasma) derived from in-house and mobile blood donations are stored and preserved in the facility.
Aside from collecting, processing, and storing blood donations, DLSUMC Blood Bank also performs apheresis procedures and HIV testing. While you may be unable to donate blood, there are other ways by which you can help. DLSUMC Blood Bank offers partnerships with companies, schools, or organizations by conducting mobile blood donation (MBD)*.
